Life coaching is the process of helping people identify and achieve personal goals through developing skills and attitudes that lead to self-empowerment. Life coaching generally deals with issues such as work–life balance and career changes, and often occurs outside the workplace setting.
Life coaching is about analyzing and closing the gap between reality and dreams.
Isn’t Life Coaching the same as Therapy?
No, while life coaching and therapy have similar approaches, coaching focuses more on the relationship between present and motivating future and therapy focuses more healing from the past and increasing functioning in the present.
