Founder & Clinical Executive Officer

Ebony Wright is the Founder and Clinical Executive Officer of R.I.S.E. Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, she provides direct clinical care while overseeing the clinical integrity, client experience, and overall quality of care across the practice.

With more than a decade of experience in the mental health field, Ebony is passionate about creating a therapeutic environment where adult women feel valued, supported, and genuinely cared for. In her clinical work, she supports women navigating overthinking, low mood, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, boundaries, identity, and life transitions. Her approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in helping clients better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Beyond her work with clients, Ebony plays an active role in shaping the R.I.S.E. experience as a whole. She provides clinical leadership and supervision to the practice's therapists while developing systems and standards designed to ensure that clients receive compassionate, ethical, and high-quality care throughout their time with R.I.S.E.

Ebony's leadership is grounded, intentional, and relationship-focused, with an emphasis on mentorship, clinical excellence, and thoughtful approaches to mental health care. Through her work as both a clinician and practice leader, she continues to shape the elevated standard of care that defines the R.I.S.E. experience.

Her mission is simple: to cultivate a space where women across Virginia can heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves—supported by a practice they can trust.
