Ebony Wright, LPC

Ebony Wright is the Founder and Clinical Executive Officer of R.I.S.E. Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, she oversees the clinical integrity, client experience, and overall quality of care across the practice.

With more than a decade of experience in the mental health field, Ebony is devoted to creating a therapeutic environment where adult women feel valued, supported, and cared for. While she no longer provides direct clinical services, she plays an active role in shaping the client journey—ensuring that every individual who enters R.I.S.E. receives compassionate, ethical, and high-quality care from her team of Resident Therapists and Clinical Interns.

Ebony’s leadership is grounded, intentional, and relationship-focused. She emphasizes mentorship, clinical excellence, and innovative approaches to supporting women navigating stress, burnout, boundaries, identity, and life transitions. Through supervision, program development, and client-centered systems, she maintains the elevated standard that defines the R.I.S.E. experience.

Her mission is clear: to cultivate a space where women across Virginia can heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves—supported by a practice they can trust.
