Ebony Wright is the Founder and Clinical Executive Officer of R.I.S.E. Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, she oversees the clinical integrity, client experience, and overall service quality across the practice.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Ebony is dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment where adult women feel valued, supported, and cared for. While she no longer provides direct clinical services, she plays an active role in shaping the client journey—ensuring that every person who enters R.I.S.E. receives compassionate, ethical, and high-quality care from her team of Resident Therapists and Clinical Interns.

Ebony’s leadership style is grounded, intentional, and relationship-focused. She prioritizes mentorship, clinical excellence, and innovative approaches to supporting clients navigating stress, burnout, boundaries, identity, and life transitions. Through supervision, program development, and client-centered systems, Ebony maintains the elevated standard that defines the R.I.S.E. experience.

Her mission is simple: To cultivate a space where women can grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves—supported by a practice they can trust.
